About Me

My work is rooted in central questions:
What actually creates depth, stability, and aliveness in our intimate lives?

How do we build emotionally grounded, safe, and nourishing relationships in a modern world that often leaves us feeling disconnected?

These questions became personal when I became a mother at 24. The transition into motherhood made me question Western narratives that oversimplify masculinity and femininity, often leaving out emotional depth and authentic sexuality. I could feel there was a gap, and I began to wonder how it affects the way we relate to each other.

That inquiry led me to study yoga as a philosophical system of self-development, Tantra as a framework for intimacy and embodiment in real relationships, and later formal studies in conscious relationships and sexuality.

Since 2021, I’ve worked with individuals navigating attachment wounds, sexual disconnection, and relationship transitions. I began working mostly with women seeking reconnection to pleasure. In recent years, more men — thoughtful, established, often at a turning point — have come to me for clarity, reflection, and growth in their emotional and relational lives.

What connects my clients is depth. They are intelligent people who sense there is more available in their intimate lives than what they’ve experienced so far.

I don’t offer quick fixes or performance-based transformation.
I offer grounded, structured inner work that builds emotional maturity, relational capacity, and integrated sexuality — so connection and desire become authentic and sustainable.

Background & Trainings

For over 20 years, I worked as a fashion, portrait, and advertising photographer. I directed campaigns, worked with brands and public figures, and learned how to see people — not just aesthetically, but psychologically. Photography taught me how to read vulnerability, essence, confidence, and longing. That skill translated naturally into coaching.

Today I am certified in coaching and embodiment, with training in somatic practices and parts-based work, and a focus on relationships, sex, love, and empowerment. I’ve completed well over a thousand hours of formal training and continue to deepen my understanding of the nervous system, relational dynamics, and parts-based psychology.
